Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань становлення та розвитку окремих елементів змісту права на свободу пересування у правових вченнях різних історичних періодів. Автором аналізуються різні чинники, що були характерні для розвитку змісту вказаного права (соціальне становище, громадянство, торгівля, війни, природа людини).
