Author Guidelines
Articles written in Ukrainian and English that have not previously been published and have not been submitted for publication to other journals are accepted for publication.
Articles that have grammatical or other errors and do not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine related to professional publications are not accepted for publication. The article submitted for publication must be original, not previously published in other journals.
Review certified by the organization's seal is submitted to the article for authors who do not have an scientific degree of Ph.D or Doctor of Law.
All materials submitted for publication are reviewed and checked for plagiarism by scientists who have a scientific degree and conduct research in the specialty corresponding to the topic of the material submitted for publication.
The editorial board reserves the right to technically edit or reject manuscripts. The editorial board is not responsible for the information provided in the article. The authors are personally responsible for the accuracy of the data, citations, statistical materials provided in the article, compliance with copyright, as well as for the fact that the materials do not contain data that is not subject to public disclosure. Abbreviations of words and phrases other than generally accepted ones are not allowed. Articles and other published materials reflect the author's position, which the editorial board may disagree with.
To consider publishing an article, the author should send an email to the editorial board (y.hotsulyak@donnu.edu.ua):
1) electronic version of the article;
2) an information of the author (co-authors), which indicates – full name, academic (scientific) degree, academic title, honorary title, place of work and position, contact phone number, e-mail and postal address with the index to which the author's copy of the journal should be sent;
3) review of a Ph.D or Doctor of Law, certified by the organization's seal (for authors who do not have a scientific degree).
File names must contain the author's last name (for example, Petrenko_article, Petrenko_information).
Mandatory structural elements that the article should contain:
* a general statement of the problem and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;
* analysis of recent research and publications on the research topic, highlighting previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted;
* forming the goals of the article (setting the task);
* presentation of the main research material with full justification of the obtained scientific results;
* conclusions summarizing this research and prospects for further research in this scientific area.
References to sources should be made directly in the text in the form of an ordinal number of the corresponding source and page (for example, [2, p. 45]).
The volume of the article should be – 8-12 pages, inclusive with the list of the used sources. Line spacing – 1,5; font of Times New Roman size 14, fields – for 20 mm from every side.
At the beginning of the article, it must necessarily be to specify UDС and information about an author (family name, first name, patronymic; post; place of work) and the title of article.
After the title of article an annotation and keywords take place by the language of writing of the article. In the articles, that given other languages (except for Ukrainian) it is needed under an annotation to add an annotation the language of the article by Ukrainian.
After the list of the used sources an annotation is given by English by a volume not less than 1800 printing signs without spaces.
The list of the used sources is specified at the end of the article after main text in order of appearance of references in language of original and in transliteration – References, designed in accordance with the requirements of APA (http://www.apastyle.org). When making a list of the used sources it is necessary to adhere to the requirements of the developed National standard of Ukraine (State standards of Ukraine: DSTU 8302:2015 «Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of drafting»).
